Terms of Service

TurbineX is operated by Parametrica Research & Analytics SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY, registered in Greece. By accessing or using TurbineX you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use TurbineX to submit simulations, manage turbine configurations, and retrieve results. You are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your credentials secure.

Beta

TurbineX is beta software. Features, APIs and plan structures may change, and we may adjust pricing with notice to existing subscribers. Paid plans are offered on the same beta basis: they buy you capacity and support, not a service-level guarantee.

Payments

Paid plans and token top-ups are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Your purchase is made with Lemon Squeezy: it collects payment, issues the receipt, and calculates, collects and remits any VAT or sales tax due. Prices shown on our pricing page are exclusive of VAT. We never see or store your card details.

We remain the supplier of the service itself, and these terms govern your use of it. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Unused tokens do not roll over. If something has gone wrong with a charge, email us — we can issue a refund under our own policy, and the refund is processed back through the Lemon Squeezy transaction.

Fair use and limits

Per-plan concurrency, runtime, and token limits are enforced by the platform. Abuse — including attempts to bypass quotas, interfere with other tenants, or run prohibited workloads — may result in account suspension.

Liability

TurbineX is provided "as is." Results from simulations are tools to assist engineering decisions and should be validated against your own methodology before being used for certification or commercial purposes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
