Privacy Policy

TurbineX is operated by Parametrica Research & Analytics SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY, registered in Greece. This policy describes the data TurbineX collects and how it is handled.

Data we collect

Account data (email, name, organisation), the turbine configurations and input decks you upload, and the outputs of your simulations. We log operational metadata — request IDs, timing, and error traces — to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To run simulations you submit, to enforce plan limits, to bill the organisation, and to communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Paid plans and token top-ups are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. You enter your billing and card details at their checkout, not on TurbineX — we never receive or store your card number. Lemon Squeezy sends us back what we need to run your account: your name and email, what you bought, the order and subscription identifiers, and whether the subscription is active. We use that to provision access, support you, and keep accounting records. Lemon Squeezy handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Third parties

Each of these receives only the data it needs to do its job: Amazon Web Services (Ireland) hosts the platform and stores your account data and simulations; Vercel serves this website; Forward Email delivers account and job emails; Sentry receives error reports, which can include your account identifier and request details but never your credentials; and OpenAI receives the messages you send to the Zeph assistant, along with the simulation context you choose to attach. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account and its data from the profile page. For anything you can't self-serve, email contact@turbinex.app.
