This placeholder describes, at a high level, the data TurbineX collects and how it is handled. The legally binding policy will replace this page once finalised.

Data we collect

Account data (email, name, organisation), the turbine configurations and input decks you upload, and the outputs of your simulations. We log operational metadata — request IDs, timing, and error traces — to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To run simulations you submit, to enforce plan limits, to bill the organisation, and to communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, object storage, email delivery, error monitoring). Each receives only the data needed to do its job, under a data-processing agreement where required.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account and its data from the profile page. For anything you can't self-serve, email privacy@turbinex.app.
